  2. There is no excuse for this. Termite control in a concrete building? Landscaping? A dopey elevator? We need more slum buildings and less fancy luxury. The condo board is stealing people's homes. They will get them for nothing and be able to resell them to more wealthy people. This old couple will be on the street. This is a horrible situation. No one has $250,000 lying around. Very few. And if they did, it would be taken from them just so that they had a place to live. Can you imagine this man having to live in a tent in the woods with the hoodlums now? I feel like the people who aren't super rich are being KILLED OFF.
