First rooming and boarding homes disappeared. Then low-income housing. Now trailer parks. Homeless camps were swept away in the hurricane. This is a cloaked genocide. Property taxes and insurance and high utilities are forcing people from their brick and mortar houses. Everything new is luxury with a few token affordable units that still aren't cheap with thousands applying for each one in housing lotteries. There is a housing crisis going on. The rich are taking all the housing and buying people out of existence. This is scary. There is nothing wrong with that park. It is a nice well-maintained neighborhood of affordable homes. Nothing needs to be redeveloped except for the sake of profit and snobbery.
