  3. So they are trying to cover up a kidnapping and rape by charging her with loitering and then pulling a knife? It doesn't add up for me that someone in a hotel lobby is going to randomly pull a knife when asked to leave.

  4. Well, isn't a lobby for loitering? Maybe she was cold waiting for her appointment. Maybe they got threatening with her and she pulled a knife in self-defense. I think they did just escalate the situation instead of handling it professionally for a hospitality business. They are putting serious charges on her when she probably meant no harm. That isn't right.
