  2. I wonder if Britney Griner would ever go back. I think Russians are very sensitive over being mocked after extending so much hospitality and friendship politically. They think they are teaching individual Americans a lesson that all Americans will follow. Basically, Americans are dopey and don't know anything about Russian culture. I don't know how safe it is there for an American in Russia no matter how much you like it or respect them. I am surprised to hear that you feel so much safer in China. I know when you are treated without good hospitality somewhere, you never want to go back. I wonder if they don't want Americans there or if they want them there to make fools and examples of them. At least you got back no worse for wear physically. Maybe mentally you are shocked.
