  1. It seems like the same few builders are building all the new housing. It all looks the same and feels the same. It is they style of chain restaurant housing, box store housing just the same communities all over. I don't think they are paying attention to details when they put them together. A lot of the materials seem toxic. It is more like here is what we are giving you, accept it since it is luxury. If it weren't for the pseudo luxury touches, it would be a dump.
