  1. Other states send people out to the states where it is warm or they are allowed to camp on sidewalks. There is a serious lack of compassion or real desire to help. All over the nation it is the same problem, so it is more like a national emergency. There just isn’t enough decent, stable low cost housing. Anyone with any record is automatically denied. There is an underclass of the unwanted and excluded. This nation will be judged for such mistreatment.

  2. It is all talk. They are probably going to sweep them into camps. The camps on the streets cause the mental illness and drug use. They are made into a society outside of society.
