  1. Obviously the hospital does anything but help if she wound up in this condition after an extended hospital stay after the death of her mother. Why doesn't the sister just take her home with her and hire a nurse to sit with her and babysit? That is all a mental hospital will do at best. Maybe she can hire a therapist to come talk to her. You can't just round up people like stray dogs and submit them to whatever treatment the state cares to dish out. What I find strange is that the homeless mentally ill have such similar behaviors. This lady has a car she can sleep in, but she chooses to sleep on a sidewalk. I almost feel like there is a program being run on these people to mind control them to do these strange idiosyncratic behaviors. A lot of them are being run around in mind control experiments. This lady knows better than to spit on doorbells and throw things off porches. Something is making her think she should do things that make no sense.

This woman is very self aware. I don't think she is mentally ill unless the hospital caused her to be. I think they somehow went after her for being too much of an inspiration. I don't know how they got her. Maybe the sister is even in on it. What does involuntarily committing someone do to help them? Is this sister actually sitting on the curb with her trying to talk some sense into her, or is she just calling the authorities and even the news to track her down? A little compassion and sincerity can go a long way to help a troubled person.
