  1. I think you are a good person for cleaning the garbage. You didn't make the mess, but when you cleaned it, you helped a lot of people have a better quality of life. I think it should be a law that all new construction should have either an alleyway or an alcove for the dumpsters built into the plan. They probably did away with those features to make more money per square foot, but having garbage out front really decreases the property value in my opinion.

  2. In other circumstances, pushing past an elderly woman to rush into her home is assault and breaking and entering. In this circumstance, they arrest her because the big phony loudmouth criminal was too much for the hipster cops to deal with.

  4. For jury duty I would like to get picked, but I never got to even be questioned. I just had to sit in a room with strange creepy people waiting and then go to the different courtrooms and wait while I guess the prosecutor picks the cream of the crop from some secret background criteria. Everyone who looked ignorant, bigoted, and like it was a joke got picked, while everyone who looked intelligent, intellectual, honest, kind, thoughtful, etc. didn't. I think they watched us through hidden cameras in the first courtroom before we get to the one with the judge. Not having to waste my time when I know I will never be picked is a plus. Not having to sit in restaurants with overpriced food and condescending patrons is a plus. Not having mutating, cyborg initiating unknown substances matrixed into my blood is priceless.

  5. If you bought something, you own it, and the seller has no more claim over it. I think if someone tried to fight in court having to keep a car they don't want, constitutionally, they should prevail. I don't think you have any rights to a product once it is sold. If they want to sue scalpers, they should try doing that directly instead of penalizing individuals who want to do what they want with their own property. Their rights to sell cars shouldn't take precedence over an individual's right to dispose of property. We have a fourth amendment right to privacy with regard to our property and personal effects. They can't just dictate what you do with something you own or then have a right to demand money from you.

  7. Well it is like when they remove trash cans or make the benches uncomfortable, they are messing up the quality of life for everyone. Now there is less room to walk on the sidewalk not to mention an ugly grate sticking up. They say they are anti-homelessness, but what they are is anti-humanity. Instead of wasting money on that, create more affordable housing opportunities. You used to be able to drink a beer in a bag cover on the sidewalk, lie down in a park, sit on steps, and now you can get harassed for these things or fined. It is all in the name of stopping the homeless, but it ends up that everyone is penalized.
