If you bought something, you own it, and the seller has no more claim over it. I think if someone tried to fight in court having to keep a car they don't want, constitutionally, they should prevail. I don't think you have any rights to a product once it is sold. If they want to sue scalpers, they should try doing that directly instead of penalizing individuals who want to do what they want with their own property. Their rights to sell cars shouldn't take precedence over an individual's right to dispose of property. We have a fourth amendment right to privacy with regard to our property and personal effects. They can't just dictate what you do with something you own or then have a right to demand money from you.
