  5. It is a tower of death. That is one way to kill off the elderly and undesirables and make it seem like an accident. I don't believe all the elevator companies are too scared to go there. Scared of what? Someone would shoot them for fixing an elevator? They are probably being told to refuse service like when the police stand down. I think it is a way of getting these people out. Some wealthy company buys the building and then doesn't care for the residents. They get them fighting each other calling cops on each other until no one will go there. Then they have an excuse not to do needed repairs. How would the elevator companies even know how many times cops were there? Could they do the repairs with police guarding them? This is outright negligence. Would Meals on Wheels or some charity bring them food? Someone has to be able to walk that many stairs if these people are starving.

  8. First all the boarding homes, rooming houses, single room occupancy hotels were run out. Now there is a shortage of low income, section 8 useable housing. There is only high-end luxury type construction, and the cheap places are being torn down and the residents run out. That is probably the game the landlords are playing here. They want to get these people out, then they will fix it and charge a lot more.

  9. I guess the homeowner could file a lawsuit to get the money he paid for the property back. He has the proof to show the judge that it was a fraudulent sale. He can maybe sue for damages also. The recorder of deeds is corrupt, indifferent and incompetent. Maybe contact the state consumer affairs department or attorney general or someone high up in the state to look into him. Just because they have a lot of papers to process, they don't have to look at them? Why not get a machine then? He is offering nothing to the service of his office.

  12. This is official affordable housing for the elderly and disabled. They get federal money, and this is fraud. This is negligence. They are not providing adequate safe housing as per their contracts and funding.
