Cutting off social security would be a major disruption not only to the poor but the landlords renting to them who suddenly aren't going to get paid. Cutting off SNAP is a huge disruption to the food supply chain from farmers to markets who get a chunk of their income from SNAP. You notice Trump practices no austerity when it comes to his own dining habits. Cutting rental assistance would be another nightmare for families and disabled people and so many others who have this as their only hope of not living on the streets.
