  1. The boyfriend Strickland is a real sleaze playing both women at once. I think he did it. He maybe murdered Armstrong and parked her Jeep by the other woman's house to make it look like she killed her. Maybe he murdered both of them. They kind of look alike. What evidence is there other than her Jeep outside the other woman's apartment? He maybe wanted both of them out of his hair or was a serial killer.
