  1. They shouldn't let ordinary homes be used for Air B&B. That is causing a housing shortage. If there is a mansion or penthouse, that is out of most people's reach, but these regular apartments being taken out of the rental market is causing the crisis.

  2. When you are not there, okay, but some people buy up properties only to keep them out of the rental market to use for Air B&B.
