  1. Why a guard tower for a shelter of children called Padres House? Well, it is like the public schools with guards on the intercom and cameras and you have to be questioned before entering. It is like churches and houses of worship. What if all of these vulnerable groups suddenly were on some kind of lockdown like the migrant children where they can't leave and are just delivered to whoever however they want? Maybe this is a test and lead up to that outcome. The only paper trail is probably done in secret codes and electronically on the dark web where you need a lot of clearances. These people are so trusting and unsuspecting. They must have come from a nice place to trust people so much. If you are American, you learn fast to trust no one if you last that long.

  2. Isn't Devereux for behavioral health of teens? I know a couple of people who went through that program. I thought it was an expensive, live in type of training school.
