  5. You take in a stray cat and let it get comfortable and adjusted and then suddenly say, this is too expensive, and you are just a stray, go to the dog house.

  6. It has to do with poor city planning. If you dumped them all in abandoned buildings, they would renovate them for themselves. Instead developers take all the properties to serve the wealthy or no one.
