Well even if he seems to be doing a good job with the cats, isn't having 17 cats in a 350 square foot apartment against some kind of zoning ordinance? I wonder how he gets away with that or with not paying a pet deposit and pet rent. Then vet bills are super high too not to mention cat food and all the toys and cat litter. I am glad he takes care of animals, but what about the meat and dairy that causes so much animal suffering? I also wonder if it smells bad in there and if the neighbors mind it. He has always seemed like a cool guy. Even if I don't agree with him 100%, he gets my respect. I think he has two really good qualities in a political leader: toughness and compassion. He also has intelligence, street smarts, independent focus leading to being a critical thinker, and a sense of humor.

@Meta_Myself No I am cool with it, but I know a lady who had to leave a studio apartment maybe that size for having 8 cats. The state doesn't usually allow it not to mention the landlords and neighbors.
