  1. If your belongings are wet for only one day, can't you dry them out, maybe steam clean them and reuse them? How does all the furniture end up on the sidewalk? Can't they get dehumidifiers and dry out their homes? They want people to help them clear debris, but aren't they putting the debris on the sidewalk? What if they complained to the local sanitation department? Why do they think a senator or president is able to handle these small local details?
