I never saw these guys in action too much. When I did, they didn't seem too friendly. It seems like a cool idea what they are doing, but sometimes it can maybe go to far. Like the guy talking to himself. Maybe he does that because no one else will talk to him. If they try to get him locked up, that isn't really helping him or anyone else. It costs a lot of money besides. You have to accept that some people are weird and leave them alone. That is how NYC used to be. Now it is getting very controlled and fascist, everything has to be in lock step and ship shape.
