Those people look doomed. This is no tropical paradise like where they came from. NYC is hell. It will eat you alive if you don't know what you are doing there. There are so many predators and so few willing to actually help. They looked like slaves lined up behind the fence being yelled at by the cop with the loudspeaker. They should have stayed home and dealt with whatever was not so great there.
