  3. This attorney makes a lot of sense. The man was leaving, he didn't deserve a death sentence. The cops' egos take over, and then they think they can do no wrong in pursuing their suspect. They knew at least afterward that they were wrong in the eyes of the law, and falsified the report. They are too emotionally unstable to be good police officers.

Why is there a round burn spot near the ceiling in the center of each panel on the wall?
