Can you draw a suspicion like this is right near Dearborn and she is a community leader?????

This guy was pulling in more than $63,000 per month. What are his expenses that they couldn't maintain the budlings? This is criminal negligence.

I am sure a lot of people have black mold sickness from apartment buildings. It can be life-threatening. They are leaving leaks to just keep growing mold. They need to fix the leak and replace the ceiling and floor upstairs, but they don't because these people have nowhere else to go. Then they want rent. You do your end, and then the people will do theirs. What is going on in low-income, section 8, and public housing apparently now, is they leave repairs to get so out of hand that the building is condemned. Then the residents are homeless, and the HAs are like well here is a voucher, but there is nowhere left to use it. The USA is turning into the slums of Mumbai.

She looked very robotic about the whole thing like she had no emotions. It was strange she wanted to buy Pringles after that and didn't bother to steal them. I think the lady should have rung her up and then asked her why she destroyed the store. Maybe it would have jolted her back to reality. Everyone in there was very calm about it. No one tried to grab her or yelled at her. I think if you did that in NYC, they would come out swinging a baseball bat at you. They should have said, now that you got your chips, would you mind picking up everything and putting it back?
12
That is true. Don't unlock the door until you are ready to exit and then open it, relock it, jump out, and close it.
11
If they want people glad to pay the rent, they need to do the required repairs and stop taking advantage of the poor to get rich.
8
@Mocha Latte Yeah I didn't see him trying to get in the police car, only get away from it. I think the cop made that up to cover himself because he lost his mind at some point. It looks to me like the shooting happened behind the car by about 200 feet. The cop was wrestling the guy who was out of his mind all while yelling at him to get out of the car. They both lost their minds.
6
Are they so bored and have such empty lives that this is worth going to this extreme for a PlayStation and video games? It kind of looks like a Black Friday sale. I wonder if anyone got hurt. Those people in the cars must have been scared with people standing on their roofs. I wonder if they had hive mind mentality where they didn't know what they were really doing there, they were just drawn there like metal shavings to a magnet.
6
I think I know that building. It used to be very nice. The conditions they are living in are horrible. Why wasn't the board of health there demanding immediate repairs? Condemning the building is not the answer. Put a cap on the sewage pipe; that can be done right away. If some people need to stay in a motel for a few weeks while their apartment is renovated, pay for that. Throwing them all out when they are poor is leaving them to die on a sidewalk.
5
If you have to go through all that, why bother to go at all? It is like you are a spy in enemy territory.
4
Between tailgaters and the racecar cut off and near miss drivers, it is no wonder they all pile up under added weather conditions.
4
This was an old, very nice building years ago.
4
I want to see that gym when it is full of a bunch of strangers having to all sleep together in a big room. They did their best to keep up the apartments, but the landlord let them down. At least the school principal is nice and is helping however he can. At least they aren't outside if they don't have family to stay with. No one is renting apartments at this payment level anymore.
4
People get freaky hostile over others not wearing a mask. If you are around normal healthy people, their breath has antibodies that help you stay healthy. That is how you get herd immunity, not by letting everyone die off one by one while the rest are never exposed. You need to build antibodies to this if it is in the air. You can only do that properly without the mask. This is child abuse, elder abuse, disabled abuse, and just abuse of humanity and our civil rights in general.
4
If she didn't pacify her daughter, maybe the kid would be screaming and crying. You have to accomodate babies. They are going to react wildly if they are suffering as say stuck in a cramped up seat for three hours on a filght. The mask would make it worse I can imagine with the poor quality of air in a plane to begin with.
4
@mynewyork165 Did you ever hear of the terrible twos? That is the age they throw tantrums. They are still like a baby mentally though they can do more things independently. The last thing a plane full of people needs to listen to for hours on end is a screaming crying toddler. The mask doesn't block noise.
4
I don't think he was fighting the cop. I think he was possessed and psychotic and running from the cop, and the cop was grabbing at him as he was trying to break free. The cop was nuts at that point as well, yelling get in the effing car and then just shooting the guy behind the policecar.
4
I find this terrifying that homeowners have no property rights while criminals who want their property do. I am going to say that the guy is a drug dealer with connections to the local police. They were so emotionless as they arrested and cuffed and innocent woman and put her in the back of a police car like a criminal. It is all just business to them like they don't care about people at all.
3
She told them she didn't usually drive the van, so how is she supposed to go park it in a campsite now alone? She said she was going crazy from him and was crying, so they just leave her alone in the desert and take him to a nice comfortable hotel. It was very twisted how they handled that.
3
Deadly force over stealing $3 worth of nothing but a spot on a train that was going anyway.
3
How do they get swept into a raging river by riding bikes along a brook path? This story is barely making sense or the other one either. Why didn't those boys start wading or swimming out? Those rescuers had to wade them out in a lifeboat.
3
They want the small landlords to give up. In NJ, from eviction notice to first hearing is only maybe four months. This is with a corporate landlord. I wonder if it is the same for all of them. If nice landlords like this lady sell to the corporations or just take their units off the market, there is going to be less affordable housing. The judge evicted her but didn't sign a warrant of removal. I thought they had three days to get out after the ruling. That is the law in NJ. If they aren't out, you call the sheriff. This country is full of people who take advantage and then the rest don't care. It is going to fall apart. I don't think she is going to get in trouble for turning off utilities if the woman is evicted. NY seems to be weird though like what they did to the lady in Queens with the squatter in her inherited house. NY needs to get it together. Hochul. Adams.
2
Can't they stick each of these homeless people in an apartment or room in a rooming house and then supervise the upkeep? Rousting them up and moving them along is prolonging the problem. People don't feel safe in the shelters and daytime drop-in centers. I think there needs to be a halt to gentrifying low incoming housing in order for people to find a place to live.
2
They are still juveniles. Instead of having plate readers and cameras all over like a police state, and a police substation, etc. why not just put a patrol car in the parking lot of Patel Brothers if they are going to show up there in Bentley's and Mercedes? I think a little skinny teen driving a Bently around would be a target anywhere. They knew the car always shows up at his dad's grocery store. That is cool that he fought them off though. At least they weren't armed. They were teens. You can't just start treating them like something they aren't because you are angry. Find their boss and arrest him.
2
They have to put all that stuff in storage and then pay to move it again which costs almost as much as rent.
2
Those are classic buildings from the nineteen twenties. Maybe the historical society can demand they be preserved. They are part of the history of Plainfield. Just because there are code violations doesn't mean they can't be fixed back up. Of course, the people want to move back in there. It is a nice location and near services. You can't find anything comparable in their price range.
2
That is why the landlord shouldn't have keys to your apartment.
2
How did he manage to hold him and scare him into calling for help? Sometimes people are looking for fights. It is better to not answer their aggression with the same aggression. What happened to the footage of the little guy holding the big guy until police got there? That seems like the best part.
2
He shoved his way in.
2
@Scorch1028 He caught her off guard. She was not trying to let him in.
2
Food doesn't last but a few days. They saw that outcome during COVID. Some people went and took all they could and left the rest with nothing.
2
I wonder if there is just so much tension there and lack of cohesion and neighborliness that some residents just want to lash out. Tourists are there to take advantage of what is being offered and judge it. Maybe that offends unstable people on their last nerve. Then maybe the kiosks are beaming something violent and entitled into their minds and they strike out like zombies. It doesn't look like either of the stabbers would have a reason to do this like they were angry. Maybe it is something deep inside like a resentment. It is offensive to be struggling to live in an expensive city and then have disdainful tourist looking you over. Neither of the stabbers stood out, but maybe they have some kind of mood or perception that triggers a look from tourists that sets them off. NYC stopped being cultural and social years ago. There are too many poseurs and people just trying to steal your energy like vampires. There is no fear or respect from people. Anything can happen to you, and no one blinks an eye. They will accuse you of causing the mayhem. It isn't fun or an adventure to go there now. It is more or less like a venue to show off your wealth and status. Probably a lot of residents feel like the foreigners and outsiders who moved in destroyed the character of the city.
2
What is dangerous in there, tripping over debris? It is just a flat tunnel.
2
It didn't really look human how they were moving and dispersing and gathering in the same way like they had no personal autonomy.
2
What I am thinking is what if all these homeless migrants get the idea to break into houses and take them over with the residents not able to remove them? They can lie and say they have been living there, and the police will just say okay and let them run people out of their homes? Why in the world did they put this poor, cooperative, elderly woman in handcuffs for taking her home back? They are abusing AMERICAN LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS. Those cops don't even look like real cops but like people hired for publicity ads. They have no concept of justice at all. Then this creepy thug shoving the door in on the lady and lying about her in her own house. He had his girlfriend marching in like she owns the place, and he is renting out a room to his friend. Just because it is an elderly woman? This is elder abuse, isn't it? Call the ombudsman too. I wonder why they keep a giant curbside garbage can in the kitchen. Maybe they are even using it to manufacture drugs in there.
2
Why don't the jets have air sanitizers like UV radiation, hepa filtration, etc.? They want to pretend that dirty germ laden masks are going to help people forced to breathe through them?
2
Maybe he picked her. That is how it usually happens. Predators stalk their prey. The girl she picked out herself on Rumble seemed like a nice friend pretty much.
2
Throat cancer? Or is it Mickey?
1
She was maybe homeless. Maybe she smelled or something offended him, and he decided to do a wicked act because no one cares about these people. That is such a danger to be sleeping alone on a train and someone could walk up to you and do this. Cameras is just a way to invade privacy. It doesn't stop crimes. It doesn't make people kinder and more polite. All those cops there and soldiers, and the situation gets worse. There is no sense of community and looking out for each other.
1
There are so many landlords who are like if you are late on a bill or they want you out, they just put your things on the curb. How come the homeowners aren't doing this? Is it because of crooked insane backwards police?
1
Pysch meds that cause permanent confusion, apathy and helplessness.
1
He was yelling anti-Jewish words at him.
1
This guy is a cop caller like he has the cops in his back pocket. He uses the police to bully everyone else. If you beat him up, he will just have you arrested.
1
The next problem is grand juries are picked to be stupid and compliant. They will say the shooting was justified, and then there will be more mayhem. Just leaving it up to the grand jury is not enough of a respsonse. It is sweeping it under the rug and passing the buck. The cop was out of line, but the suspect was acting super weird. There aren't just easy answers that just anyone let alone morons on a grand jury can come up with. I would think a good governor would get more involved.

Redacted says that there was a highchair and soiled child's mattress in the tunnel. They reported that some of these extremists were arrested for organ trafficking in the past. I think those were human trafficking tunnels. I think the head of the synagogue, those elders who approved this, don't want to go to jail. They are blaming younger extremists, but how do you knock out a wall in a synagogue without the people in charge of it knowing??? I don't believe that. They are acting extremely wild over not being able to sneak into a prayer house? That makes no sense. These people are up to no good like in Israel with what they are provoking the government to do in Gaza. These aren't ordinary Jews. These are fanatical religious extremists in a cult. They say they are anti-Zionist here, but there they want to wipe out the Gazans. It is all incurring wrath against the regular Jews.
1
Yeah fake hippies. It is like a CIA program. Maybe he is in on it.
1
The politicians grandstand and show off acting like they are passing laws and protections, but it comes down to the same situation. Adele had proof, and the police ignored it. That was false arrest, and they should be fired. Hernandez who broke in was homeless and renting rooms. He should be kicked out and possibly sued for the money he cost others. Putting him in prison for 15 years is out of the blue. The police abetted him staying there, so if he goes to prison, why not them also? Then that Flores case, if he doesn't have an agreement to stay on the property in writing, then the police should immediately remove him. The DA or governor or someone in the government needs to make that happen and stop passing frivolous legislation. We don't need to hear about havoc, we need the police to do their jobs of protecting innocent citizens and not the CRIMINALS.
1
I'll tell you something weird about state parks that I noticed. Not only are the rangers never around, but they will come out of you offend someone over their dog for being out of control, yet if you say there is a pit bull and other dogs in a pack trailing you through the woods, they take their time to go look for the owners who refused to leash and control them. People are constantly being attacked in parks by off leash and out of control dogs and the authorities do NOTHING to stop it. Maybe it is like a human sacrifice thing and the authorities are in on it.
1
That isn't looting a red cross warehouse full of donations the charities are hoarding and keeping form the people. That is taking what was meant for desperate people through donations. It was being kept from them. Where is the water for them? The red cross is a sham organization. They will hoard the donations and then destroy them like they did in Lahaina. As far as Dagestan, what did these Jews escaping the chaos do to anyone? They are victims like the Gazans. They are fleeing a war.
1
How much was your rent? How many times did you complain and to who?
