Instead of having plate readers and cameras all over like a police state, and a police substation, etc. why not just put a patrol car in the parking lot of Patel Brothers if they are going to show up there in Bentley's and Mercedes? I think a little skinny teen driving a Bently around would be a target anywhere. They knew the car always shows up at his dad's grocery store. That is cool that he fought them off though. At least they weren't armed. They were teens. You can't just start treating them like something they aren't because you are angry. Find their boss and arrest him.
