  1. I am sure a lot of people have black mold sickness from apartment buildings. It can be life-threatening. They are leaving leaks to just keep growing mold. They need to fix the leak and replace the ceiling and floor upstairs, but they don't because these people have nowhere else to go. Then they want rent. You do your end, and then the people will do theirs. What is going on in low-income, section 8, and public housing apparently now, is they leave repairs to get so out of hand that the building is condemned. Then the residents are homeless, and the HAs are like well here is a voucher, but there is nowhere left to use it. The USA is turning into the slums of Mumbai.

  2. If they want people glad to pay the rent, they need to do the required repairs and stop taking advantage of the poor to get rich.
