  41. That young man who got tazed got 18 years in prison for that? What I learned is to meet the police with their own energy. If they are cold and matter of fact, you be that way. Don't raise your voice. Just counter them with words. Loud noise is an ordinance infraction, not a criminal matter. Just ask for the ticket and then fight it in court. Don't try to power play with cops on a power trip. They were looking to arrest these people for not knowing how to play the game, being young and having a nice house, looking tough, enjoying their lives, whatever. Cops already think they can do whatever they want. Sometimes they are honestly jealous of people. It is a fascist mindset. The burly cop who had the man lying on the bed cradled in his arms looked like he wanted to kiss him next. They want what other people have that they can never get. Just because they have a badge doesn't mean they have any honesty or integrity. Also, the public defenders are known as public hangers. Don't trust them. If they seem indifferent or negative or refuse to listen to you, represent yourself. I think a lot of them work for the system. There are certain targeted individuals in society who aren't going to be treated fairly. Rely on the law and use your words to present your case to the judge or whoever will listen. The lawyer should be reported to the bar for reprimand. He didn't represent the best interests of his client and should be sued also. That guy who was falsely arrested should take all the money he can get from dirty cops. That is how you teach them to back off, publicly shame them and one up them where they can't retaliate.
