  1. If they want prisoners to calm down and get their head straight, healthy organic vegetables are key. Malnutrition causes a lot of behavioral problems. Junk food and artificial ingredients have been linked to ADD in children. I am sure the privileged people can have whatever they want smuggled in as far as food. It is just the commoners who can't even get a carrot from a farmer's market.
