  1. He sounds like he is a TI, targeted individual, victim of citizen gang stalking. The police are part of that program. It is federally funded by the CIA as part of MK Ultra. It is designed to control populations like Thea said. It picks out citizens who could make a change and improve society and tries to break them down so that they are suffering and struggling and maybe even suicidal. The cops could be getting revenge over the one cop on the force that got fired over arresting this guy. If it is only the police harassing him, that is even less bad than some people have it with the whole community against them. It sounds like the boss did join in when they fired him though. None of this was his own fault. The best thing to do is stay calm and in control at all times. This isn't going to hold up in court what they accuse him of. Telling someone they can't drive past a country club is class discrimination which is against the law. A pizza delivery driver goes to all locations in their zone, rich and poor.
