Everything is an overblown crime against a cop. It looks like he was weaving in and out of cars, a cop motioned him to stop and he blew past him, and the cop threw him off the bike onto the ground. The cop sustained a faint red scratch on his leg. Now they want to say this teen ran over a police officer which is a major felony. If that happened, the cop would be dead.
