  1. The teens could have been attempting a B&E and then the son of the leader of the Guardian Angels and former governor maybe threatened to call the police. I don't think he was beaten that bad if he was smiling and walking the dog. I think they went to the hospital to make it look more dramatic and get the teens in more trouble. There were always girls in gangs, girl gangs and bullies in school trying to extort money from other students or demanding their lunch as the cliche goes. It is ironic that the legal system is so lax with the former head of police as mayor. He shows himself to be incompetent at every aspect of his job. I heard he spends his time partying at the clubs and was running with Diddy.
