How do you arrange to move a house in 30 days plus find somewhere to move it? It is like a war zone, and they are refugees. A lot of them probably will end up in shelters like refugee camps if the shelters have room. Or else, they could be on the streets.

Isn't it the job of government to look out for people's interests when they can't look out for their own? Can't they say to the landlord that if he bought a piece of property zoned as housing for mobile homes, it has to stay that way? How do you just buy the homes right out from under people? He doesn't feel like managing a mobile home park, well why is it his prerogative to say what happens to the land? Other people's lives are involved. He is causing people to become homeless and lose their life savings for what he feels like doing. I saw this happen where I was living. There was a mobile home park that was full of elderly right near the supermarket and some stores. They were happy there and had been there for a long time. Then suddenly it was sold, and the new owner put up a bank. Banks can go anywhere; they can go in malls that are full of empty space. It is a huge piece of lawn surrounded by a little bank building. That is such a waste of space and resources. No one listened to the residents who protested. Who knows where they are now or if they even survived the move? Why are there no laws to protect their rights? Is it because they are low income? Barbara Corcoran lives in a million-dollar mobile home. I guess she must own the land also or else they might do this to her.
