  1. So many things are cheaper and healthier like rice or even regular pasta by the pound you get 8 filling servings not one packet of chemical air.

  2. You have to shop smart and shop around. It takes time. If a toothbrush is $6, you can buy that if you need it, but then look around for a better price and stock up. You can't buy piles of berries. They are like $5 a carton. That is an expensive fruit. Maybe buy one pint of berries and the rest cheaper fruits like bananas, lemons, apples, or whatever they have on sale. You can't just shop blindly without thinking. You have to be strategic.
