Those small dogs are so vicious. That old man had no control over his dog. It went running out like it was on the hunt. If you aren't responsible, don't own a dog. It is like owning a gun and potentially just as fatal. Why are there dog licenses but then owners can let their dogs loose to attack? It is like leaving a loaded gun lying around where people are. If you are going to be a menace to society, you shouldn't own a dog.
