  1. Could anyone look LESS like a criminal than this middle-aged mother? She is like she doesn't know what hit her. Blue Cross is better known as DOUBLE CROSS. What cheapskates. First, they don't pay up the claim, then have some ignorant rep frustrate this woman to the point of getting sassy, and she is threatened with 15 years in prison. It is like we are in Iran, and she insulted Muhammad. This is so fascist. I call the insurance company and have to spend hours and talk to successions of derisive ignorant people from foreign call centers to straighten out an issue. It is VERY frustrating. Then you get doctors who won't even file the insurance that they claim to take because it is too much hassle and make you responsible for the bill. Insurance companies are destroying not only healthcare but housing. Who called the police? How would she get to India and track down whoever was on the phone with her? This is a bogus waste of time and money. The police and judges are JUST AS CORRUPT.
