He'll probably stay there until they jack up that rent too high. I doubt his wife likes it there. There is clutter all over like she doesn't even want to bother keeping it neat. He is trying to be positive and hopeful in a hopeless situation. People used to use these as vacation homes and spend $10 a night to park them in a nice, wooded lot and spend $0.50 a gallon to tow them around. That is what they were meant for. Now they are the last stop before being in the sidewalk sweep community getting shuffled around. I don't think you can relax there like you would in a house. It looks really hot and electricity I guess is included, so they have that. In your fifties isn't when you want to start figuring out your life and future. It is when you want to think about coasting into a dead end. You have to look on the bright side not to lose your mind or else have a lot of faith. Putting your faith in opportunities in this country is really a dead end. They are dwindling by the minute. You hang onto what little you have or lose it all.
