I think he has Parkinson's. I don't think taking blood wrecks your nerves like that, but I could be wrong. He has strong opinions about a lot of things without having the whole story. I think he is locked in his little lifestyle and can't really process much of what else is going on around him. He knows someone did him wrong somewhere and is just deflecting that feeling all around him. People maybe don't like him. He is very honest and opinionated. They might have done things to him to spite him. He seems very lonely. He has piles of loved ones locked in cars and campers and can barely afford food. He has neighbors that want him gone, family that wants him gone, and has no real place in the world.
