  1. People there are friendly and relaxed and are taking good care of themselves. There isn't all the stress of the people in dumpy apartments. If it is easy to get in, that family crammed in the one bedroom with seven people should check it out. That looks like a place someone wouldn't mind living in. Sometimes people find all the right avenues and then others find all the wrong ones. Kiki had two good apartments, but this one is like really good. It is sad when people suffer in poorly run places or worse, have nowhere to stay.
