  2. Well as far as the housing crisis, it is a weird juxtaposition of super exclusive luxury apartments versus expensive motels that are not even well kept. Where are the modest homes that are kept up but just basic and affordable? It seems like you really can't find those. You get the creme de la creme or a nightmare. Monthly rates are much lower than daily, so I don't know why she keeps doing that. What was the exact rent per month of the luxury apartment versus the motel? That apartment looks like it would cost a lot more. It is like a luxury resort.
