If she was suspicious enough to take his picture, maybe she shouldn't have even stopped for him and just called the company to say he was bothering her. These Uber type drivers hardly make any money, and people who can't get other jobs take those jobs. They kind of lead people on thinking they can earn a living at them when they can't. You are better off working for a restaurant that offers delivery and then getting paid directly.
