  1. People get driven and corralled where they are allowed to stay, which winds up being here. Some places provide no services or put you in jail for being homeless. This is like a refugee camp with no bathrooms or organization. I can’t imagine someone would want to stay there to party. Maybe try to show compassion to these neighbors instead of calling the police on them. Maybe let them use your bathroom. They have a lot worse problems than a stained driveway.
