Is the camera going to know if you pull over and pee in the woods somewhere or run into a fast food restaurant to use the bathroom? Is it really their business? I think if you have to go and they don't let you, that is worker abuse, and they can be sued.

So if you refused to deliver to a house with a dog running loose, would you get in trouble for that? This is abusive in so many ways. I would say when the owner is willing to tie up the dog securely, then I will deliver the package.

They should have hoists and forklifts for heavy packages. I think you can file complaints with OSHA over this.

I am thinking of cancelling prime over this. I don't need most things right away, maybe the food, but even that isn't the fresh food in my area. I wanted it for the free movies and books, but find I am not even using it that much now.

The camera in the van watching and judging them, being a backseat driver scolding them, that is a no go. I can see doing deliveries independently if you set your own schedule and use your own car. That is how it used to be, people would buy a van and just do it their own way. If you can't choose when and how to relieve yourself or eat, that is really worker abuse and OSHA should look into it. The camera didn't help the girl attacked by the dogs, she had to finish her stupid shift and then go to an Urgent Care. Did she get compensation? All she did was report to the homeowner who probably didn't care anyway since they had their vicious dogs outside loose with packages coming no less. Amazon is taking a hands off approach that takes advantage of hardworking people desperate for jobs. It is pretty unfortunate that they are willing to comply. I would say take your time, and then if you get fired, get a better job. It isn't worth ruing your health or running someone over for some stupid delivery job. If you have a car, you can deliver pizza or any number of things and pretty much do it your own way.
