I know why.  It is because Jews have  the hand of the creator on them at all times.  They are special, unique and set apart in God's eyes.  If you don't respect the order of the universe as created by YHWH, then you are going to not respect that which he sets his sights on.  What they really hate is their own failures and inadequacies.  They can't face their own human frailties.  They transfer this insecurity onto Jews Instead.
