Domestic violence is a situation, not a preexisting condition. Apparently they are looking for any way to not pay for healthcare, even if someone is in a coma from a violent spouse. That is a very telling point and Price didn't want a reporter to stress it. He decided to say the man was interfering with government functions, meaning exposing his crooked healthcare scam. This man is obviously purely innocent and Price is a conniving crook ripping off the healthcare tax payers. It has nothing to do with the constitution, the guy is just wrong and the case and charges should be thrown out.

Dan Heyman should counter sue for false arrest, imprisonment, and civil rights violation against free speech. Throw the book back at them. He was discriminated against as a member of the free press in violation of the bill of rights.
