  1. A lot of these places are using Steak-Ums. The places that people are like oh it is so great it is the best, it is just frozen meat from the supermarket. Then some of them put literal Cheez-Wiz on the top. It is basically a junk food sandwich.

  2. I would lose my appetite. You can buy frozen cheese steak meat and make it yourself. That is what a lot of these places do. They aren't trained chefs. This is a basic little sandwich. If it comes to a battle scene with an AR-15 over a sub, it isn't worth it. That is just plain scary.
