  1. They aren't exploited or else they would leave. They are assimilating and working hard in the country. Now they are being disrupted and uprooted which uproots not just their lives but their families' and the communities'. This is plain harassment and persecution. An Indian restaurant is most likely owned by the Indians themselves.
