If people don't get the joke, it isn't comedy but incitement. Some people will get the joke and say, yeah there are a lot of garbage dumps on PR with no recycling, that is too bad. Other people who don't get the joke will think, okay it is normal to talk about PR as garbage. Those are two different things. I think Trump speaks with a forked tongue. He says things to be interpreted one way, but they can be taken another way. You end up with a lot of aggressive, self-righteous, uneducated people who then think Trump just agrees with whatever base thought that they have and is there to look out for them like some magnanimous uncle. He is playing them all for fools. You can see the hatred in his face as he takes the stage and the mockery in his attitude posing and opening his arms like he is a pope. He isn't stupid, but he is uneducated like his fans.
