  1. How is he high up in our state department with a British accent? Is he a dual citizen or immigrant of some kind? He quit and left the whole train to run off the rails. He jumped ship like a coward. Did they threaten his life? If he was in a position of power, why didn't he use it to effect change? Whining about it on the internet isn't helping.
