  1. Where is the footage of these Ukrainian soldiers surrendering and being shot? That wasn't the footage shown along with the story. How do we know if this is true? Also why is Blinken giving billions more to people who have no chance fighting Russia and never did? Isn't that leading them to commit suicide to lead them to believe that there is any good that will come of provoking Russia? He was hanging out in the bar on a stage playing guitar while he was there. He doesn't take this situation very seriously.
