I don't believe any of this. If gangs are talking over, they are working alongside the gangs already there. They all work for the same boss that supplies the guns and the drugs, the CIA. This is just to get people rooting for one set of gangs over another so that gangs can eventually take over and destroy the whole society. Are gangsters really going to out themselves? Are they going to sit there like pillars of the community and say they are worried about the poor like they are the original Black Panthers who were all locked up? These migrants might be taking over buildings and running certain turfs, but it is all part of a larger plan. If the black gangs were going to go to war with these other gangs, they would and not just sit there and be guests on a mainstream news show complaining like victims without a clue.
