  1. An Aerostat (the likely identity of the Chilean UFO a few years back) can use altitude to find appropriate wind propulsion in direction and speed. I seem to recall that Jet Stream winds can top 200mph at very high altitude, despite lower speeds reported. Wonder if the odd shapes are useful for gaining maximum efficiency exploiting ideal jet stream conditions to travel large distances in shorter times than might be estimated otherwise. As far as no detected emissions go, I'm curious if we can interfere with or intercept a narrow beam electro-optical uplink/downlink between an aerostat and any Chinese satellites in LOS.
