  1. A fascinating concept and weirdly appealing execution. Compare with the USA's M29C Weasel. A sort of a tracked Jeep with amphibious capability. Very good in snow. Not as fast as an aerosan, but fast by most amphibious vehicle standards. Weasels were used in snowy country until quite recently, a tribute to a design and vehicle almost 80 years old. Also compare with Florida air boats.

Propaganda seeks to paint two similar events with completely different national color schemes. These are the situations that teach strategists and policy makers the falsehood that there is no truth other than to weaponize it against the foe. Our duty as loyal citizens is to believe the hype, buy the merch . . . all will be well on Wall Street and Moskovskaya Birzha, because of your piggy bank pennies righteously employed to make the rich richer. You're doing your job, proud contributor to the proletariat/great union/workers' paradise. And this is why old folks don't trust the press. The "free" press (on both sides) is an arm of propaganda. When it comes to geopolitics there are no absolutes- only shades of nebulous gray.
