  1. Personal opinion here.  Not a Philologist or a native Russian speaker:. Ерёменко  the leading "E" is a "yeh".The second "E" has an umlaut.  It might be best rendered in English as "Yoo" where the double "O" is as in "Look".  So I would render the name: Yehr-yoo-Myenk-o.
